  • The ability to express emotions gives us the ability to connect deeper with ourselves. Expressing what comes in mind reduces stress and keeps negative thoughts away.

Emotional dependence

  • When we are upset about something, we should have someone with whom we can tell our problem and solve it. A lonely person gets stressed in such a situation.
  • We can become emotionally dependent on our family or friends. But sometimes a situation comes when we become dependent on one person, this dependence is dangerous, whose remote consequences are not right.
  • When we become dependent on one person and whenever we get into conflict with that person, we get separated due to some reason then the person remains alone. In such a situation, a situation like stress and depression arises.

Physical activity

  • A person who does physical activity is less likely to have depression. Due to physical activity or exercise, some good hormones are released in our body which keeps our mood good and keeps us happy.
  • This includes running, dancing, gym, etc. According to psychologists, the chances of depression in a person who exercises regularly are negligible.

Do something for others

  • By doing something for others, those hormones are released in our bodies which are related to the world of love.
  • When we do something selflessly for others, the feeling of gratitude that comes to them has a positive effect on our hormones.
  • By giving a little help to the poor or needy person around us, very useful hormones are secreted inside us which is very beneficial for mental health. Entertainment/Interest/Hobby

  • We must continue to do such work in life which is of our interest. It can be a sport or a hobby.
