Hmm… Aaj phir se…

Hiii… I’m Nisha Kaushik, I Hope all of you’re fine. Actually, aaj phir se mujhe apni bahut si smjh me na aane wali baato or reactions ke jawab mil hi gaye hai. Phir, jab raat bhar khud ko uncontrol aur apne anjane se reactions par agali subh gaur kiya to pta lga ki maine phir se wo hi galti kr di jis do saal phle research ki thi… Phir, smjha ye ki time-time pr apni baato or apne actions-reactions ko analyse krna bahut jaruri hai…

Chaliye phir aapko smjhate hai…. Waise aapko kuchh yaad aaya??? Nhiii…. To ek baar ye purani post pr nazar lga lijiye….

और एक सवाल पूछेंगे – इतना गुस्सा क्यों दिलाते हो बे ???

Hmm… Full Moon… Aaj hum full moon yani poornima ke bare me hi baat krne wale hai ki kaise full moon hume affect krta hai or humare behavior ko extreme level pr pahuncha deta hai…

Lekin haan, only gusse ko hi nhi humare har ek behaviorial aspect ka full moon pr asar hota hai. Like, agar hum khush hai to bhot khush, gussa hue to bhot gussa, udaas hue to bhot udaas. To smjhe full moon yani poornima ke din humara mood jaisa bhi hota hai wo us din especially raat ko extreme yani kai guna badh jata hai…

So, when I posted earlier, I researched on how full moon affect us or so many other things. Tab maine ye decide kiya tha ki mai aage se har poornima pr dhyan dungi or apne kisi bhi negative nature ko extreme level tak nhi jane dungi. Maine aisa kiya bhi, lekin phir se kal meri negative side extreme ho gyi, without any big reason…. Or mujhe bilkul smjh nhi aaya ki aisa kyu? Subh, Mai khud se hi puchhti rhi ki bahut baar situation jyada kharab hone pr bhi mai itne achhe se handle kr leti hu… To kal kyu nhi???

Phir se…. Obviously phir se answer mujhe hi dhundna tha. And jab maine khud ko analyse kiya to paya ki ye full moon yani poornima ka asar hai…. And ye maine aj bhi khud par observe kiya i.e. generally, I’m staying calm and cool, lekin aaj mai jaise chhoti-2 baat pr irritate ho rhi thi… Tab maine dekha ki aj bhi poornima hi hai or iske sath hi aj lunar eclipse yani chander grahan bhi hai…

Phir mere mood swings ke reasons dhoondh lene ke baad bari aati hai un pr implement krne ki, to wo bhi maine try kiya. And phir jab bhi mujhe gussa ya irritation hui maine control kiya and ye smjha ki agar hum thoda sa aware ho jaye to khud ko control kar sakte hai….

Today’s Learning

  • Aaj maine ye learn kiya ki hum khud ko aware rakh kar, apni negative sides par control kar sakte hain.
  • Second, agar kabhi khrab situation ho or hume lagta hai ki hum kuchh galat ya wrong decision na le le to us time pause le yani wait kare and khud ko time de or bhot light-heartedly us situation ke bare me soche, aapko exactly pta lag jayega ki aapko kya krna chahiye. I think har ek chiz ka decision on the spot lena thik nhi hota.
